We, at Mt. Woodson Castle, always love when weddings are full of shine and color and that’s just how Molly and Robert designed their big day! The Castle really stood out as the daylight hit the bright pinks, purples, and golds in the floral arrangements. The flowers spread throughout the property, designed by Leah at Bespoke Floral and Event Design, really wowed and matched the Castle’s ambience, making the special day in April a gorgeous one. Molly’s bridesmaids sparkled in sequined gowns, adding a glitter aspect – something we also love!
The Bride and Groom’s Oak Trees ceremony was ornamented in black lanterns and bright floral arrangements, elevated by dark tan-colored wooden pillars. Afterward, the newlyweds took their first pictures as husband and wife and pictures with their bridesmaids and groomsmen in a sea of green-leaved trees behind the Castle and by the Oak Trees.
As the guests moved to the Upper Lawn for cocktails and dinner, they were greeted by tables draped in white linens and gold-sequined runners and gold candles – and candied pecans as favors! Molly and Robert shared their first dance inside the Castle and retreated with their guests giving them a glow stick send-off to end the night on a bright and colorful note.
