All-Inclusive Event Packages
Price based on guest count and event date plus 20% production fee and California Sales Tax

All Catering Services are included with Packages. Custom Menus are available. We are happy to accommodate Special Diets and Children’s Meals.

Wedding and Reception Timing
1 Hour Rehearsal, 2 hours Pre-Ceremony use of dressing rooms, 5 hours of Grounds and Castle use for Ceremony and Reception.

Setup and Cleanup time is included as follows: 2 hours for Set up and 1 hour for Cleanup. All clients’ items must be removed from the Castle at the end of the Event.

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
Due to other events, we cannot guarantee your Rehearsal will be scheduled the day before your Event. It may be scheduled earlier in the week.

Event Timing
Events Must end by 11:00pm, with Music and Bar Ending 30 minutes prior to end of the Event.
Lower Lawn and Pool area Events Must end by 10:00pm, with Music and Bar Ending 30 minutes prior to end of the Event.


All Cake and or Desserts must be booked through Mt. Woodson Castle/Personal Touch Dining

Upper Front Lawn: 350 Guests Seated
Castle Great Room: 80 Guests Seated
(Additional 30 guests can be placed on Attached Patio and in various rooms upstairs in the Castle)
Lower Lawn: 350 Guests Seated

Payment Schedule
A 30% Non-Refundable payment is required at time of Contract Signing. An additional 30% is due 90 days after first the first payment and the Balance is due by Cashier’s Check the Monday before the Event.

Additional Fee
Refundable Damage Deposit: $500
One Day Event Insurance Policy: $200
Cleaning: $300

Outside Vendors
All Vendors are required to be selected from our Approved List.
Outside Food is not Allowed
